About International Conference on Tropical Plants

The University of Queensland and Hainan University are pleased to host the 2nd International Conference on Tropical Plants in Brisbane, Australia, from the 18th to the 21st of February 2024.

The conference aims to provide a platform for international researchers to present their latest research findings on basic research on tropical plants, to network with colleagues from around the world, and to meet the Editors-in-Chief and some of the Associate Editors of the journal Tropical Plants. The conference theme, "The Future of Tropical Plants and Ecology: Challenging Global Climate Change", will provide a unique opportunity for researchers to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing tropical plants in the face of climate change.

We are delighted to announce that the conference will feature distinguished keynote speakers, invited and general presentations relevant to the field of tropical plants and ecosystems. We are confident that this will be an enriching experience for all attendees.

We encourage researchers from all over the world to join us in Brisbane for this exciting event. We look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful city of Brisbane, and to providing a stimulating and engaging conference.  The conference program and registration will open in early 2024.
